  Securely place your jewelry in its original packaging, including all certificates and gift boxes to ensure a full refund.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
